- Items in the mystery box will be chosen at random and dispatched accordingly. Consumers are not permitted to select specific products.
- The mystery box comes with a No Return and No Refund policy, and cannot be exchanged or returned for cash or other products, unless there is an issue with the product.
- The mystery box will be included with your purchase automatically. They will be shipped together or separately to the address provided at the time of purchase based on different items.

If the mystery box item has been opened, used or not been returned, its retail value will be deducted from your refund.
